I have a tear pendant, which I love. The seller uses part of an old (1978) trailer and built a tear. He received the old supporters of his friend's uncle (eg free-zag). Zack bought another in 2000.

So is the title the name of Zack, I'm purchasing. The title was signed by Zack. Never officially handed over the title.

However, the trailer does not have a license plate. So I'm worried about the taxes owed in the past? I spoke with Zack on the phone. He said he did not have to pay the trailer on the road for years and requires no plates, and therefore no tax.

If you have any taxes due the state, I am responsible as the new owner? I do not think he has the fiscal responsibility, but the government has not always right. I can do a search from the vehicle identification number, as done in 1978.
