Need help with virus/malware infection - Windows Police Pro? - how do you disable defender pro 2010
This morning I was browsing Facebook and suddenly get pop-ups, a program called "Windows Pro policeman. Now, I recently had an infection from a similar program called" Windows Antivirus Pro "which abolished the anti-malware Malwarebytes was able. This new program has a similar behavior, but much harder to remove - was completely off my computer - I can not open any program except in Firefox - which can be opened from the Start menu, not in the office. Therefore, I can Do not open Malwarebytes, Spybot, CCleaner, Windows Defender - nothing is. My one scheduled AVG scan this morning and found nothing. He took me to Google search. I am at a loss - all the information I found online that interest me how to download mandated programs that I can eliminateOT run. Ideas?
